Need help for a suitable regimen for exercise.? - asthma navy exceptions
With the help of websites such as navy, and in some places at random, I found that my fat content is high (25%) and my BMI is also high at 27.5.
I am 20 years old, 5'8 170-180lbs. I used to be 140, but increased again.
To lose weight, I changed my diet to 12,000 calories per week to take advantage. In addition to the increase in fiber and protein.
I need help with a workout routine that go with this. Some heart, with some exceptions listed below:
I have asthma and running or jogging, causes severe chest pain (treadmill gives me less trouble) for some reason.
I'm really out of shape, I need something that does not require much effort at the beginning (slowly working my way up to high cardiovascular)
Please send Recommendations or websites that can help.
